When c their weight lose so good just make them so proud of theirself.. they make it.. he can do it.. hey! even she can lose so much weight more than the boys.. to c that.. the price turn to 2nd.. what they want just to stay healty and can be like the old time before when they still young n can play around..
Just live the life that we created in simply healty.. no one can take care of yourself better then yourself.. the BIGGEST loser really make other people have a second chance.. a 2nd chance of their life.. you know like to c the kids grown up.. to c the kids to get married.. to c the grandchild.. n for all that you must stay healty beb!.. How tough u r but still this reality show will make u cry n emotional.. even me can't stop my tears to falling down to c them on it.. i just want their spirit n motivation to built up my life.. to be a better person n stay healty for my future..
for the 1st week they almost give up.. all the training so killing them.. x sampai beberapa second dah termengah2.. de yang sampai termuntah.. cabaran yang diberikan so challenging.. terpaksa menahan diri untuk tidak makan fav food n drink.. they have to change everything about their daily routine.. and that is hard.. but when come to their 1st weigh to c how much their lose.. omg! u can c their expression.. 10 pounds.. can u believe it? even they can't believed that they can do it.. n that just give them inspiration n motivation to work harder..u can c all the trainers really work out with them to help them to get better life..
p/s : budak ni suke tengok the BIGGEST loser ni.. sometimes dak ni nangis tengok cerita nie.. sebab dia terharu dengan semangat diorang ni.. diorang really fight for theirself.. even sometimes hasilnya just less but itu membuatkan this person even more work harder.. dia takkan mengaku kalah selagi perjuangannya masih dalam medan perang.. even dia terkeluar sekali dari medan perang but they still fight.. so budak ni hope yang dalam diri dia ada semangat juang macam tu..
